POPPY SEED COOKIES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
2 tsp. baking powder
3-4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Mix together in order given. Knead dough until dough is stiff. Roll out on floured board. Cut with shaped cutters. Bake at 375 degrees until light brown.
