MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. grounded meat, chuck or round
1 med. size onion, chopped fine
1 egg, well beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. catsup
2 c. FRESH BREAD crumbs, 4-5 slices
1/2 c. chopped olives
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drain and chop fine

Mix all of the above together. Grease 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan, pack down solid. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. catsup
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Mix together. Spread on top of meatloaf. Makes a nice glaze for ham too.
