2 lb. hamburger 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. Contadina bread crumbs 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. minced garlic 1 tbsp. Italian seasoning 1 1/2 c. mixed frozen vegetables 1/2 c. sliced black olives 1/2 c. cooked rice or kashi 1/2 c. oatmeal 1 can cream of mushroom soup Mix everything. Grease 2 bread pans. Fill pans with hamburger mixture. Pat down. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done. May need to spoon off grease every 1/2 hour. Add grated cheese to top. During last 10 minutes of cooking. Ingredients may be decreased, increased, eliminated or substitute with something else to taste. |
