AUNT ESTHER'S GINGERBREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
A little lemon

Cream butter and sugar. Add rest of ingredients. Beat well. Bake at 350 degrees using a 9x13 inch baking pan. Gingerbread is done when it springs back when touched.
