ARIZONA STEAK 'N BEANS 
1/2 lb. beef round steak (1/2 to 3/4 inch thick)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. picante sauce
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, cut into strips
1 can Ranch style beans with Jalapeno peppers

Cut meat into 1 inch pieces. Mix flour, chili powder, salt, pepper and cumin; coat meat with flour mixture. Heat oil in 8 inch skillet; brown meat over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Drain off fat. Stir in water, picante sauce and onion. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer about 30 minutes. (Add water if necessary.) Stir in green and beans (with liquid) cover and simmer until green pepper is crisp tender and beans are hot, about 10 minutes.
