ARTICHOKE DIP 
6 oz. artichokes, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick real butter
3 oz. Parmesan cheese

Combine cream cheese and butter in microwave dish, microwave high 3 to 5 minutes or until melted. Pour mixture over chopped artichokes, sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top (all of it!). Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 30 minutes. Delicious with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
