SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE | |
1 cup (2 sticks) butter 3 cups sugar 6 eggs 1 (8 oz.) dairy sour cream 3 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Add sour cream. Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Stir in flavoring and pour into a greased and floured 10-inch tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 325°F for 60 to 80 minutes. Submitted by: Anna Thomas |
