TUNA FISH AND NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1 (7 oz.) can tuna fish
2 c. cooked noodles
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Cook onion in butter until soft. Stir mushroom soup, milk and onions together. Break tuna into chunks. Mix lightly with soup mixture and noodles. Place in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
