CURRY BEEF
2 lbs. round steak
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. white pepper
2 or 3 med. size onions (cut into rings)
2 med. bell peppers (cut into strips)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water (add more if needed)

Best if cooked in a wok. Cut beef into small cubes and start to brown in 1 tablespoon of oil. Sprinkle on 1 tablespoon curry powder and 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder. When the meat is brown add onion rings and bell pepper strips. At this time add the other 1/2 tablespoon of garlic powder and 1 tablespoon of curry powder plus 1 tablespoon white pepper and the rest of the vegetable oil and 1 cup water. Then lower heat to medium. Stir everything up real good and cover wok. Let this cook until onions and peppers are soft and you have a soup or gravy. Serve over cooked rice.
