CURRY OF LAMB OR BEEF OR CHICKEN 
2 lb. meat, cut in squares
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. curry powder
1 tbsp. flour
2 bouillon cubes, any kind
2 c. boiling water
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped apple

Brown meat and onion with butter in skillet. Mix and add curry and flour. Let bubble. Dissolve and add bouillon in water. Add catsup, salt, celery, and apple.
