TUNA QUICHE 
9 inch pastry shell
1/2 c. diced American cheese
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
6 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. dill weed
3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 can (7 oz.) tuna
4 eggs
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Drain tuna, flake. Spread on bottom of pastry shell along with cheese.

Beat together eggs, milk, water, onion, salt, dill weed, pepper and hot sauce. Pour over tuna and cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until tip of knife inserted 1/2 inch in custard comes out clean. Allow to set 5 minutes. Cut in wedges.
