MASHED POTATO CHEESE PUFFS 
2 egg yolks
1 1/3 c. cold mashed potatoes
3 tbsp. hot milk
1/3 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. chopped green pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg yolks. Add then beat until fluffy the potatoes, milk and cheese. Season with salt, paprika, celery salt, onion salt and chopped green pepper. Beat until stiff and fold in 2 egg whites. Place batter rounds in greased pan. Brush tops with 1 1/2 tablespoons soft butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
