TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. cooked egg noodles
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
2 cans tuna, drained & flaked
2 tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 c. cooked green peas
1 tbsp. butter

Conventional Oven: In 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, combine soup and milk; stir in noodles, peas, pimento and tuna. Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Meanwhile in small saucepan, melt butter; add bread crumbs, stir until lightly browned. Sprinkle over noodle mixture. Bake another 5 minutes.

Microwave Oven: Prepare as above using a 2 quart casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for 9 minutes or until hot, stirring twice during heating.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
