NEW ORLEANS STEW 
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 med. onions, sliced
3 med. green peppers, sliced
1 lg. can tomatoes (1 qt.), peeled
1 can creamed corn
Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
1 lb. hot dogs in 1-inch slices (use less if you want to)

Fry onions and peppers in vegetable oil. Add can of peeled tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and hot dogs. Cook 1/2 hour. Add creamed corn; reheat, stirring frequently.
