1 1/3 c. flour
3/4 c. soft butter
1 c. finely chopped nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
2 sm. pkg. instant pudding, any kind/mixture
3 c. cold milk

Cream first 3 ingredients together and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and cool. Beat cream cheese with confectioners sugar until fluffy; fold in Cool Whip and spread on crust. Beat pudding with milk and pour over filling. Let set, then spread with a 4 ounce carton of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
