HUNGARIAN CUCUMBER SALAD 
3 cucumbers
1 white onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
Sour cream
Paprika

Peel and thinly slice cucumbers into large bowl. Sprinkle with salt throughout and let stand for 20 minutes. After standing, squeeze small portions between palms. This process helps the cucumber to remain crispy. Put slices in large bowl. Thinly slice white onion and add to bowl. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Stir together and let stand until serving. Before serving, pour off excess liquid, top with a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with paprika and serve.
