CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
7/12 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 (10 inch) pie crust
1 c. light Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle pecans over mixture. Beat 3 eggs. Add Karo, 1/4 cup sugar, salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Blend well. Pour over pecans. Bake for 40 minutes at 375 degrees or until knife comes out clean.
