CREAM CHEESE PECAN PIE 
1 8 oz. Package Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/4 cup Pecans
1 10 inch unbaked Pie Shell

Topping:

3 Eggs
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
1/4 cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream together, cream cheese, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla. Spread over bottom of unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle pecans evenly over cream cheese layer. Combine all of topping ingredients and beat until smooth. pour over pecan layer.

Bake at 375°F for 35-45 minutes, until pecan layer is golden brown.
