VEGGIE BEAN SOUP 
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove chopped garlic
1 (30 oz.) can refried beans
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
1 (11 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1/4 c. salsa
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 c. sliced black olives

GARNISH;
Chopped cilantro
Sour cream

This is to be added to your own liking.

In 3 quart saucepan, saute garlic and onion in oil until tender. Add all of remaining ingredients except garnish. Heat thoroughly. Top each bowl with garnish.
