SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS
A-LA-LUPO
 
1 1/2 lb. ground meat, extra lean
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
Diced onion
Diced fresh garlic
Diced fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix the above ingredients well; shape into meatballs and fry until brown.

SAUCE:

2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 lg. can tomato paste
Olive oil
Oregano
Diced onion
Diced fresh parsley
Mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Diced fresh garlic
1 can of water (from lg. tomato can)
1 tbsp. sugar
