SUNSHINE CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges with liquid (not the small can)

Icing:

1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple (not the small can)
1- 8 oz. Cool Whip

Mix ingredients together for 2 minutes.

Bake in a greased pan at 325°F. If you use layer pans bake for 20 to 25 minutes. If you use a Bundt pan, bake approximately 1 hour, depending on your oven. Let cool.

Mix pudding with the crushed pineapple and then let set for 5 minutes. Add Cool Whip. Mix well and ice the cake. Refrigerate.
