SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs, separated

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare bundt pan. Mix sour cream and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl. Add sugar, flour, vanilla, butter and egg yolks. Cream together. Beat egg whites until fluffy; fold into mixture. Bake in bundt pan at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
