1 c. graham crackers, crushed
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream

Place all ingredients in a bowl, except ice cream. Roll balls of ice cream into mixture and place into cupcake papers and muffin tins. Put into freezer. 1/2 gallon = 18 balls.
