PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. self-rising flour
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (dry)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk

Set oven at 350 degrees. Grease pie pan. Mix ingredients together and pour in pan. This makes the crust. Drain a can of peaches, keeping the juice. Place peaches over the crust.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 tbsp. peach juice
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together and place over peaches; leave 1 inch of crust showing. Mix together 1 tablespoon sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake 30-35 minutes.
