1 box macaroni
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 cans milk (fill the soup cans)
3 oz. grated cheese
3 oz. ham

Mix well and put in refrigerator overnight. Take out and put in 9x13 inch pan and bake 1 hour.
