YAKI SOBA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced carrots
3 or 4 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. chopped celery
4 tbsp. soy sauce
2 c. water
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles (beef flavor)
1 can mushrooms

Fry meat with onion. Add carrots, cabbage, celery, and green pepper. Mix together water and soy sauce; add with seasoning packets from noodles. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender. Add mushrooms and noodles. Cook until water is absorbed. Stir and serve.
