PISTACHIO DESSERT 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. sugar
1 stick soft butter

Mix together and spread in 9x12 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Remove and cool.

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine cheese, sugar, and half of Cool Whip and spread on crust.

SECOND FILLING:

2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3 c. milk

Mix together until thick and pour over cheese mixture. Top with rest of Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
