PEACHES N' CREAM PIE 
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
3 tbsp. soft butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) can undrained peaches
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar, divided

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, pudding mix, butter, egg and milk. Grease a 9-inch pie pan. Spread mixture on bottom and sides to form crust. Drain peaches reserving juice. Cut peaches into small pieces and drop onto crust. Mix cream cheese, 3 tablespoons peach juice from can and 1/2 cup sugar. Spoon on top of peach mixture. Combine cinnamon and 1 teaspoon sugar. Sprinkle over top of pie. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. It does not set completely in the middle.
