BRAZIL NUT COOKIES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg white
1/2 tsp. BLAIR almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. BLAIR lemon flavoring
1 c. chopped Brazil nuts

Sift flour and cornstarch together; set aside. Blend butter and sugar. Stir in egg white. Gradually mix in sifted dry ingredients; add nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Yields: 2 dozen cookies.
