BRAZIL NUT FRUIT CAKE 
1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. sour milk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lbs. pitted dates
1 c. candied cherries
1 c. Brazil nuts

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours in a loaf fruit cake pan. Store at least 5 days in refrigerator. Makes 5 pounds.
