BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. brown sugar (do not overpack)
1 c. 40% Bran Flakes
1/2 c. nutmeats
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. buttermilk

Blend all ingredients. Grease #2 cans and fill 2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 2 loaves.
