MINCE PIE 
1 jar prepared mincemeat
1 pkg. dry mincemeat
1 lg. apple, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. cinnamon
Unbaked pie shell, 10 inch
Top crust

Cook dry mincemeat (according to directions) with the apple and raisins until the apple is soft. Add the prepared mincemeat and cinnamon. Let cool for a short time, pour into prepared pie shell. Top with crust. Seal edges well. Prick crust to allow venting brush with milk or water. Sprinkle with sugar and bake at 400 degrees until crust is browned.
