ORANGE MARMALADE 
1 1/2 c. ground grapefruit peel
1/2 c. ground orange peel
1 qt. water
1 1/2 c. chopped grapefruit pulp
3/4 c. chopped orange pulp
1/2 c. chopped lemon pulp
2 qt. water

Combine first 2 ingredients. Add to 1 quart water and boil 5 minutes. Drain. Add grapefruit, orange and lemon pulp to 1 quart water. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat, cover, let stand 12-18 hours.

Next day, bring peel and pulp mixture to boil. Cook 30 minutes. Add 1 cup sugar for each cup of fruit mixture. Boil while stirring until sugar dissolves and jelly stage appears, about 30 minutes.
