PINEAPPLE ORANGE MARMALADE 
1 pkg. powdered pectin
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrate for orange pineapple, thawed
3 c. sugar

Combine fruit pectin, pineapple and syrup and concentrated orange pineapple juice in a large saucepan. Heat, stirring often, to a full rolling boil. Stir in sugar, heat to boiling again, then cook rapidly stirring constantly for 1 minute. Ladle into sterilized jars, seal, cool completely, label and store in a cool place. Out of this world.
