ORANGE MARMALADE 
1 c. nice orange rind, sliced thin (navels the best)
1 c. fresh orange juice
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
2 c. sugar

Fill cup of rind with fresh orange juice. Stir ingredients together and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until soft ball stage. Skim top and put in jam jars. Refrigerate. Enjoy on toast in the morning!
