BROILED ZUCCHINI 
4 zucchini (sm.)
1/2 stick butter (melted)
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Use zucchini that are about the size of bananas. Wash in cold water. Cut off stem and split zucchini lengthwise. Lay zucchini in foiled lined pan, cut side up. Stir lemon pepper into butter and brush on zucchini. If you have remaining butter, zucchini may be removed during cooking process and brushed again. Broil about 4 to 6 inches from broiler until zucchini is tender.
