CHICKEN AND CORN CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. chicken
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 onion
2 tbsp. flour
3 1/2 c. corn
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Arrange cubes of previously cooked chicken and the corn in a casserole in alternating layers. Melt the butter and to it, add the chopped onion. Cook slightly, then add the flour mixed with the milk. Stir until thick and add the seasonings. Pour over the corn and chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
