LITTLE LEAGUE STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. beef
4 potatoes
4 carrots
1 onion
8 oz. can tomatoes
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 c. red wine (Holland House cooking wine) 5 oz.
Salt, pepper to taste

Cut beef, potatoes, carrots and onions into pieces. Mix all ingredients together and bake in a casserole with cover at 300 degrees for about 4 hours. Will serve 6.
