MANDARIN ALMOND JELLY 
2 env. unflavored gelatin
1-1/2 c. cold water
1-1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. almond extract

Mix the first 6 ingredients and set in 9 x 13 inch pan. After it sets, cut in cubes and pour 2 cans undrained mandarin oranges and 1 bottle drained Maraschino cherries over cubes.
