2 c. flour 2 c. sugar 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 eggs 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped walnuts Raisins, if desired Mix well. Pour into lightly greased pan 9 x 13 inches. Bake 30 to 45 minutes or when golden brown at 350 degrees. ICING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened) 1 cube butter (softened) 2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla |
