MEXICAN FRUIT CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, including juice
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. butter
2 tbsp. milk
Powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together first four ingredients. Add pineapple and juice and the two eggs to the first mixture and mix thoroughly. Bake 30 minutes or until done in 2 layer pans or one 9 x 13 inch pan. Whip together cream cheese, butter and milk until soft and fluffy.
