MAKE AHEAD ORIENTAL SALAD 
Combine in large bowl:

2 (5 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 (4-6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained and sliced
1 (16 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 lg. green pepper, thinly sliced
1 c. celery, thinly sliced

Mix and add:

1 can sm. peas, drained
1 can white corn, drained

Combine in a jar:

1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. water
Salt and pepper to taste

Pour over salad. Mix gently and chill 12-24 hours. Drain before serving. Will keep for 1 week after serving.
