BANANA NUT BREAD 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. flour (plain, sifted)
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. or more nuts (walnuts or pecans)
4 ripe bananas, mashed

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, salt, soda, flour and mashed bananas, blend, then add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. oil
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. nuts (walnuts or pecans)

Boil all together for 3 minutes. Pour on cake and spread. Let cake cool for 30 minutes before serving or refrigerate.
