CHEESE PIE 
1 (9-inch) pie shell, unbaked
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. half & half
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
Cornstarch

Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add flour, melted butter and eggs, one at a time. Add buttermilk, half & half, vanilla, and salt. Pour into prepared pie shell that has been dusted with cornstarch. Bake 55-60 minutes in 350 degree oven.
