CHERRY BALLS | |
Drain 16 to 18 maraschino cherries with stems 1/2 c. soft butter 1 1/2 c. sifted confection sugar 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring 1 tbsp. evaporated milk Combine the above 5 ingredients together. Mix until well blended. Wrap a teaspoon of batter around each cherry, (dry cherries with a paper towel), leaving stem out. Roll in graham cracker crumbs. Ball should be the size of a walnut. Must be refrigerated. |
