ORANGE JELLO MOLD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello, regular or sugar free
2 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 c. Carnation evaporated milk
2 cans (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; stir in orange juice. Cool mixture. When cool, stir in evaporated milk. Chill to consistency of unbeaten egg white. Stir orange pieces into thick Jello mixture. Pour into 5 cups mold. Chill 3 hours or until firm. Unmold. Serves 10. This is usually served every Thanksgiving.
