NUT GOODIE BARS 
12 oz. chocolate chips
12 oz. butterscotch chips
1 oz. square dark chocolate
2 c. peanut butter
1 c. butter
1/4 c. regular vanilla pudding mix
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 lb. salted peanuts

Melt chocolate, butterscotch chips, and dark chocolate together. Add peanut butter and mix well. Spread a small amount in a thin layer on a large greased jelly roll pan. Put in freezer.

Combine butter, pudding mix and milk. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and add powdered sugar. Beat well, spread over chocolate mix in pan. Refrigerate until firm. Stir in nuts into rest of chocolate mix. Mix well and spread evenly over powdered sugar layer. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
