TAMALE PIE 
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. ground beef
1 green pepper
Chili powder
1 can tomato sauce
1 chopped onion
1 can (or frozen) corn (Mexicorn can be used)
1 can tomato soup
1 can kidney beans

Brown beef and onions. Add the rest. You can vary the tomatoes with paste or whole canned tomatoes. Bake with thin layer of corn bread batter on top or cook in a skillet and serve over baked corn bread.
