HAMMY PIE 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) dehydrated hash brown potatoes with onions
1 lb. (2 c.) cottage cheese
4 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. dried or 2 tsp. fresh snipped chives
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. (1/2 lb.) diced cooked ham

Rehydrate hash browns according to package directions; drain thoroughly. Reserve. In large bowl, beat together cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, chives and pepper until well combined.

Add ham and reserved hash browns, mix well. Turn mixture into a buttered 9 inch pie plate. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
