20 MINUTES BEEF STROGANOFF 
12 oz. noodles
2 lbs. round steak, top or choice 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
2 tbsp. wine (any kind if no wine use beer)

Start water for noodles. Slice meat in very thin slices, about 3 inches long. Salt and garlic (don't be skimpy on pepper and garlic). Cover meat and simmer on low while noodles are cooking.

When noodles are done, combine 1 tablespoon of flour with sour cream. Stir other 2 tablespoons of flour on meat. Add wine, and enough water to make gravy. Add sour cream mixture and fold into meat. Serve meat/gravy over noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
